Living the Aha! Life 2015, Happiness & You!

A Great Key to Getting What Makes Your Heart Sing in 2015

Well we did it! We made it to 2015! And yes we are once again at the threshold of another opportunity to create our lives differently if we choose.

I am not one for new years resolutions. I really dislike feeling obligated to stringent rules, even if they are my own! Lol

What I have found to work much better is to create a list of 4 or 5 intentions that really make my heart sing. And then I ask a few special questions to gather up the guidance that I need to get moving forward!

The whole object of this game is to have a 50/50 split of energy and action. If we apply energetic principles of focus, intention and releasing our intentions to be taken on by the energetic powers that be, and then turn to the “inspired action” that we receive on what we can do to support the creation physically things have a wonderful way of coming together, often in a shorter time than we think.

But here is another list of things that I also consider. We have a tendency to focus on the end results like more Money, less Weight, a new love, a new car, a new job etc.
These are fine, but most of the time there are many layers of internal things that we need to tackle in order for those things to present themselves and they are not necessarily visible to the naked eye.

For instance when I was navigating some difficult new friendships and unfair judgments, I asked for clarity, for conscious awareness of the best way to handle it without losing everything, and for what I call divine detachment.

Divine Detachment is wonderful because it is our way of letting go, detaching from the outcome and allowing something bigger than us to guide our way. When I tossed the very emotional issues over to my “Divine Detachment List,” I felt a strange yet delicious sense of relief. It was not like the old “Just let it go” energy that often would keep me in a spin of “he said – she said” or replaying scenes over and over in my head.

Divine Detachment is a major key to our internal happiness. It gives us the ability to find the quiet center within a raging storm and wait things out until it is time to proceed once again on our end with action.

And if you are not in a storm it is a great incubator for your desires both great and small!
